A graduate of the University of Lausanne (HEC 2011), with a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics (HEC Paris 2012) and an MBA (INSEAD 2017), Vlad began his career at consulting firm McKinsey & Company in 2012 where he led global programs for mental health and employee wellness. He co-founded Kyan Health in 2021, a digital health company that provides mental health and wellness services to European employers, with a mission to improve 1 million lives by 2027. A champion of optimizing human potential, he is a proponent of the power of the present moment. He is a regular meditator, an avid kite surfer and an enthusiastic world traveller.
