Maxime Dumont
Maxime Dumont is a certified personal development coach, innovation facilitator and leadership trainer. With a Master's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne, he quickly founded Reversed, a company dedicated to innovation and leadership coaching and training. Since 2019, he has accompanied over 1,000 entrepreneurs, managers and teams in their quest for alignment and the realization of their ambitions.
His career has been marked by various projects:
- The Reversed Board, a program for Nespresso's top management, then exported to London.
- Keep it Simple, Make it Happen, a program designed for young people in French-speaking Switzerland.
- Pangaea X, designed with Mike Horn and deployed as far afield as Côte d'Ivoire.
- Various in-house projects for customers, including hackathons, training courses, seminars and tailor-made workshops.
