Maxime plays with 3 ingredients in all his activities: innovation, impact and personal development, and the focus is always on future generations.

His key activities in 2022 were managing the mind-shifters project (from the MyLearningBoutique company) - training courses combining innovation and impact (mindshifters. com), the development and facilitation of the Pangaea X programme (organised by adventurer Mike Horn) - an innovation programme aimed at turning ideas for solutions to preserve the oceans into reality, and developing participants (https://pangaeax.org), and finally Reversed Board (reversed.cc), an initiative aimed at enabling top management and students to think about the future of the company together.
