Inès Burrus

Inès holds a Bachelor's degree in biology and two Master's degrees, one in sustainable resource management and the other in real estate engineering and international assets.
She began her career in Nestlé's Sustainable Agriculture department. She implemented rural development projects in coffee and cocoa-producing regions. She then gained experience in public affairs, managing global partnerships at corporate level.
Sponsored by Nestlé, Nespresso and ECOM Agroindustrial, she went on to complete a PhD programme in economics with a specialisation in management at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland. Inès is the founder and CEO of three social enterprises: Equal Profit, which has developed two certification models guaranteeing a transparent (Transparent Profit TM) and equitable (Equal Profit TM) distribution of profits between the players in a supply chain; Fynka, a mobile application aimed at guaranteeing small farmers a prosperous income; and Terrakodo, a social impact IT company.
