A graduate of the University of Lausanne (HEC 2007) and the University of St. Gallen (HSG 2010), Gabriel is co-founder and general manager of Dr. Gab’s Brewery.

Pioneers in specialty beer when it was founded by 3 childhood friends in 2001, Dr. Gab’s, in continuous development, is one of the leaders in the sector in Switzerland with a wide range of accessible and innovative beers with about 16’000 hectoliters in 2020 and 35 employees.

Gabriel is in charge of the general management, strategy, growth financing and new projects, always with the same objective : to bring diversity and take care of the good people of this country.
