After completing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management and Marketing at HEIG-VD, Fabio Monte worked as a sales controller at Orange, then as a channel operations analyst. He became Director of Operations at QoQa in 2010. He also co-founded sQale in 2019, a company that helps reduce operational costs for other businesses, as well as Grapl, which enables winegrowers to sell directly to individuals, without any technological, logistical or administrative barriers. Since 2018, he has been a committee member of the Foundation for Technological Innovation (FIT digital).
