Alyssa Pasini

Alyssa is an Anglo-Swiss entrepreneur who grew up in the canton of Vaud and lived in Belgium for four years during her youth. She has always had a taste for adventure and a strong team spirit, which was reinforced by her experiences in scouts and team sports.
After a university exchange to Boston in 2022, she started a Master’s degree in Accounting, Controlling and Finance at HEC Lausanne.
During her Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Management at the University of Geneva, she accumulated experience in accounting and in the associative sector.
In 2019, at the age of 18, she coordinated the human resources department of a Swiss audio electronics start-up that employed more than 50 part-time employees.
In 2020, Alyssa co-founds NIRIS SA, a fiduciary company providing accounting, tax and legal support to numerous start-ups in Switzerland and neighboring countries. Focused on the automation of business processes, she supports innovation in the profession by integrating ethical and ecological considerations.
Alyssa is the proof that women have more than ever their place in the world of entrepreneurship in Switzerland as well as in the financial world!
