Wilma Lukas

Founder of W Life Sciences

Wilma Lukas worked for some of the best pharmaceutical companies in the Lake Geneva region, including GSK and Merck-Serono, before joining an EPFL start-up. After the research aspect came the business approach to pharmaceutical development when she joined Debiopharm for a few years, where her network was intensively developed.

She then embarked on the adventure of entrepreneurship by founding her own company as a consultant, W Life Sciences. For some years now, she has been sharing this role with Innosuisse, the Swiss Innovation Agency, as well as other European organisations.

She keeps a close eye on the development of Swiss biotechs and start-ups by acting as a judge for MassChallenge and Venture. Still passionate about life sciences!
