“Many entrepreneurial successes do not ultimately correspond at all to the initial project. Many entrepreneurs succeed not because their initial idea was the right one, but because they were able to make the necessary pivots at the right time.”

“Many entrepreneurial successes do not ultimately correspond at all to the initial project. Many entrepreneurs succeed not because their initial idea was the right one, but because they were able to make the necessary pivots at the right time.”

Steve Savioz, HEC Faculty Alumni

Steve graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management in 2000. He then co-founded and managed Virtua, the largest digital agency in French-speaking Switzerland when he left in 2015 (80 employees).

At the same time, he became interested in startups. He entered this world by joining and participating operationally in the development of two of them. Following the success of these projects, he decided to create Akiden Ventures in 2016, a project halfway between a startup studio and a startup gas pedal. Akiden Ventures co-founds or invests in start-ups, then becomes the engine of their growth by directing or accompanying their marketing. Among them, some have become leaders in their market such as Batmaid, Neho, or Hosco.

In 2019, he capitalizes on the experience he gained by accelerating start-ups, and co-founds Bright, a digital marketing agency that offers its clients optimized marketing support, based on the analysis of all data.
