UCreate : Turn your idea into a concrete project
Do you have a project idea you would like to explore and test in the real world ? The UCreate program supports members of the Unil community who want to develop an impact-driven project, whether technology-based or not, for-profit or not. Applications are open until September 22nd, 2026.
A program designed to help you move from idea to action
Open to the entire Unil community — students, researchers, professors, staff members and alumni — UCreate is a free program that supports project holders in the early stages of developing their ideas.
The goal : help you unlock the potential of your project through real-world feedback and identify its social, environmental and economic impact.

Why join UCreate ?
By joining the program, you will :
- Develop innovation skills and tools to turn your idea into reality
- Learn how to formulate hypotheses and test them in the field
- Strengthen your pitching skills and communicate your project clearly and convincingly

What the program offers
🛠️ Hands-on evening workshops forming a complete innovation journey
👥 Group coaching sessions
🏠 Access to Villanova, a collaborative space located on the Unil campus
💰 Financial support of up to CHF 10,000 for selected projects in Phase 2
The program can be followed alongside your studies, research or professional activity. Workshops are offered in either French or English, depending on your preference.
