Thierry holds a degree and a doctorate in medicine from UNIL. For several years, he worked as a physician in various hospitals (Switzerland and South Africa). He then had the opportunity to join the pharmaceutical industry, before moving on to the medtech sector.

Thierry Weber is Partner of Vivactis Group, a European medical communications agency.

Further to his industry experience, Thierry created his first agency (active in medical education), which he later merged with Vivactis Group. He co-founded two companies active in digital health and is board member of a company active in digital medical education.
