A graduate of the University of Lausanne (FDCA 2013) with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in economics and law (HEC 2014), Max is mainly active as a lawyer in the field of advice to start-ups and investors within the law firm Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne.

Max, convinced that law is a strategic tool, co-founded Seed Up, a platform dedicated to start-ups and which aims to revolutionize the legal service. In addition to drafting the contractual documentation necessary for a healthy company, Seed Up aims to prepare start-ups for the entry of investors and to advise on the strategy to adopt during their financing rounds.

Passionate about new technologies, his practice focuses mainly on commercial and business law : his preferred areas of practice are corporate finance and employee profit-sharing.
