A graduate of the University of Lausanne (HEC 2015), Marcus was the president of a student association (Junior Entreprise) at UNIL during his studies.

He founded Cusmic SA in 2007, a Swiss recruitment company. After 8 years of development, the company was acquired by the Academic Work group in December 2014.

Marcus is now the Managing Director of Academic Work, a recruitment and consulting firm focused on young professionals.
