AccuStroke
Stroke care is a race against the clock: locating patients and coordinating the many people involved wastes precious time, delaying a treatment that must be given within a maximum of 4.5 hours and creating costs and inefficiencies for hospitals.
AccuStroke offers a geolocation bracelet and companion software that continuously track patients' location, both within and between hospitals, and automatically log key treatment milestones, saving critical time and improving the coordination of stroke care.

Apiona
In Switzerland, 2.2 million chronic patients face fragmented care: no easy way to find the right specialist, prepare for appointments or coordinate across providers, and vulnerable groups (LGBTQIA+, ASD, rare diseases) avoid care even more often.
Apiona offers an AI-powered patient navigation platform that matches each patient with the right specialist, prepares appointments and coordinates care across providers, free for patients and with an immediate return on investment for practitioners.

Athos Academy
Athletes and artists often lack flexible education, career planning and identity support during their careers, creating uncertainty and limiting their opportunities once those careers end.
ATHOS Academy offers a tailored online platform combining self-discovery, entrepreneurial skills, career planning, mentoring and community, helping performers build their future while they are still performing.

Caterpillars
MRI research is held back by major bottlenecks: little room to test hypotheses upfront, costly trial-and-error data acquisition, and signal-interpretation models that remain largely unverified against biological reality.
Caterpillars offers a numerical simulation tool accessible through an intuitive graphical interface that generates virtual brain tissue and the corresponding MRI signal, allowing researchers to test hypotheses, optimise acquisitions and validate their models before any clinical trial.

Centre Culturel de la Verrerie
In St-Prex, a large disused industrial site risks sitting empty for years, while local social and cultural life remains fragmented and residents rarely meet across generations, backgrounds and communities.
The Centre Culturel de la Verrerie temporarily reactivates the former Verrerie site as a cultural and community hub (events, workshops, exhibitions and gatherings), fostering social connection, creativity and urban regeneration at the heart of the town.
📅 Spring 2026 cohort
La Fleur au Fusil
Men's underwear offers little diversity and stays polarised between very classic styles and very showy ones, leaving no real option for men who care about aesthetics.
La Fleur au Fusil offers a line of men's lingerie that is elegant, expressive and modern, designed with a responsible, local production approach, so a broader range of men can express their desirability in a way that feels true to them.

Nilo
More and more children struggle to regulate their emotions and manage anxiety: one in five children experiences emotional or behavioural difficulties, and 70% of parents struggle to soothe their child during emotional overload.
Nilo builds a playful, screen-free breathing companion (a small device that responds to a child's breath with gentle lights and sounds) to guide them toward calm while building essential emotional-regulation skills.

OFFFRAME
Audiences looking for more authentic artistic experiences run into formats that are often distant and hard to access, while artists lack visibility and a direct connection with the people who discover their work.
OFFFRAME creates immersive, intimate and curated cultural experiences in small groups, opening up creative spaces usually closed to the public and showcasing Switzerland's contemporary art scene.

PanTELL
HLA-targeted cancer immunotherapies hold great promise but suffer from toxicity risks, very long development timelines and a design focused on a single genetic profile, present in only 20% of the world's population. As a result, most patients are left out of these treatments.
PanTELL builds a technology platform that rapidly identifies highly specific therapeutic molecules for any genetic profile and validates their safety in months rather than years, making cancer immunotherapy safe and accessible for every patient.

RespiraMine
In West Africa's artisanal mining communities, gold panners are exposed every day to dust that causes serious respiratory diseases (silicosis, fibrosis), a risk that remains largely invisible, underestimated and poorly understood.
RespiraMine builds a community prevention solution (awareness campaigns, hands-on training, simple visual materials and affordable protective kits) delivered in the field through trusted local relays, turning an invisible risk into concrete protective habits.
