Managing Director of Biopôle SA since 2015, Nasri Nahas brings more than 25 years of experience in life sciences, particularly in applied research, business development and company management. In Switzerland, he was the CEO of Geneva Bioinformatics (GeneBio) SA and Spinomix. In France, he worked as a research engineer at Genset and Valigen. Mr. Nahas has a solid experience in defining and implementing strategies and setting up sustainable partnerships with both industry and academia. In addition to the strong dynamics and growth of the infrastructure at the Biopôle, Nasri Nahas has initiated two programs to support young companies: Startlab, an incubator for biotech and medtech startups, and the Digital Health Hub, an innovation center dedicated to digital health. He holds a Master’s degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne, an MBA from the University of Geneva and a degree in Health Management from the University of Lausanne.
