Aurore Bui

Following engineering studies and an MBA, Aurore has built her career on putting her technical and interpersonal skills to work on high-impact projects. She works within organizations as a strategy consultant or interim director, and carries out facilitation missions.

She is a member of various boards and committees in line with her areas of expertise (B-Corp, CSR, Diversity, Tech4Good, Philanthropy, Swissness and the creation of a Swiss antenna for foreign startups). She is a member of the Female Board Pool Europe.

She is co-president of the Soft-Power association, which is committed to giving everyone the power to act and undertake. Soft-Power continues the work begun in 2009 by the social enterprise Softweb, of which she is founder and lead coach. The association supports entrepreneurs and people in transition through a combination of personal and project positioning.
