A graduate of the University of Lausanne (HEC Eco Po 1977), Nadine Reichenthal has coached and trained numerous companies and startups in “Business Validation” thanks to the Value Proposition and Business Model frameworks developed by Strategyzer, born at HEC Lausanne. Nadine co-founded the entrepreneurship program Graines d’Entrepreneurs for teenagers and participated in the implementation of the federal diploma of SME manager by validation of prior learning (VAE), originally intended for the spouses of craftsmen. Nadine created the UNIL HEC Accelerator in 2015, then the University of Geneva Accelerator in 2020. She currently teaches entrepreneurship at the universities of Lausanne and Geneva. She is involved in many entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial projects as a trainer, coach or expert in Switzerland, China and in a dozen countries in Africa. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Tank-D in Luxembourg, a company active in the storage of bio-waste, a member of the Foundation Board of BVA, a social reintegration company, a member of the Advisory Board of Veintree, a startup active in palm recognition. She is a member of FCEM (Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises du Monde) and participates in numerous programs to support women entrepreneurs. She has been a member of the HEC Alumni Committee for more than 20 years after having been its president.
