Graduated from the University of Lausanne in Criminal Sciences (ESC 1998), Florence started her professional career with the Federal Police in Bern. After obtaining her Master’s degree in the fight against economic crime at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Neuchâtel, she worked for a few years in an international audit firm and a private bank.

After a trip to the United States, a delightful moment occurred… the well thought-out project was ready to be launched: in 2010, The Nail Company was born. This company, which received the Swiss Economic Award in 2016 and which owns 2 brands The Nail Bar® and The Brow Bar® , is today the first Swiss company active in aesthetic care.

Florence has been running The Nail Company for over 10 years. In parallel, she is a member of several boards of directors and is also active in mentoring and supporting young companies.
